Outside is windy a bit and getting dark. Sunday is floatng without hassles.
Stuffed with the spectacular Thai food yesterday in town, there's a little twig on my weight-loss plan. Feeling a bit lazy but have to work out to survive from my illness, I decided to walk on my friend's elliptical machine while watching 'Gilmore Girls'.
I prefer going out and walking/jogging to feel the breeze but it's not bad to keep looking at how much I'm walking and losing calories. It's not bad at all.
Oh, I just had some fruits for dinner. I won't gain weights. At least, I'm not drinking every night.
